A Ham Radio operator observed a faint light with a slight tail in the eastern sky at an angle of about 60 degrees elevation. It seemed to move to the northeast in a slight arc and pass “behind” a star. He watched it for about 30 seconds before it disappeared. He had seen many satellites, and this object seemed different to him.
