A man driving on Arterial Road observed a bright orange light to the east at an angle of elevation of about 30 degrees, moving like an aircraft. As he watched, pieces seemed to fall down. It seemed to be moving south and was bright glowing red at the front. It maintained straight, and constant horizontal motion and was seen for 15 to 20 seconds. Its apparent size was between a 5c and a 10c coin at arm’s length.
