A woman observed a bright orange light in the sky whilst looking east towards Moreton Island. It had a little bit of a tail behind it and was a few hundred metres away. It was approximately ¼ size of the moon. It was falling and at first she thought it was a plane crashing. It made no sound and it burnt out one second before it hit water. She observed this for 3 seconds.
