Forest Hill near Gatton, Thursday March 30 2000, 9.15pm

Two witnesses travelling in a car saw a blue light hovering in the distance for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, in 3 to 4 seconds it moved an estimated distance of 10 km to a position much closer to the observers, where it looked the size of a house. The object flashed a fluorescent blue at regular intervals, and passed them at a distance of about 2 km, making about 6 flashes in the time that it took to move to its new position. When moving it looked as though it had a lightning bolt through its centre.
